Faropoint Seals $150M Acquisition Line for Industrial SLB Fund
Faropoint has secured a $150 million acquisition line with an unnamed U.S. financial institution for its Industrial Sale-Leaseback (ISLB) Fund, its second loan facility by the institution following a previous $130 million facility for Fund II.
The fund, which launched earlier this year with a $300 million target, focuses on “well-located, functional infill industrial properties” ranging from 20,000 to 200,000 square feet, with an average lease term of 10 years, according to the Hoboken, NJ-based firm.
“We’re pleased to expand our relationship with a trusted institution, whose expertise and financial strength align perfectly with our growth objectives and empower us to navigate today’s challenging credit environment with confidence,” said Idan Tzur, CFO at Faropoint.
The tech-enabled real estate investment manager specializes in urban logistics within the U.S. industrial sector. Since inception in 2012, the firm has acquired over 400 warehouses, representing over $3 billion in industrial real estate assets.
