Osaic Unveils Advisor-Education Program
Osaic, Inc. has launched Wealth Advisor Academy, expanding its educational services for financial advisors. Following a six-month pilot period, the program blends technical knowledge with relationship management tactics to assist advisors in having deeper, more productive conversations with clients and potential clients while also providing more comprehensive wealth solutions, according to the firm.
It has been added to Osaic’s existing monthly practice management webinars and business coaching offerings.
“Through a series of trainings and modules, we are not only focused on enabling financial professionals to better understand the wealth planning process, from estate and retirement planning to risk management, but also empowering them to elevate the standards of financial advice and create a more impactful client experience,” said Jerry Schreck, SVP, advisor education and training, at Osaic.
The program is delivered in a cohort manner, with groups of 20-25 financial professionals meeting monthly. Participation is by invitation only, based on the advisor’s potential for growth.
The program, which runs for six months across the U.S., includes in-person seminars, virtual sessions, and education modules, as well as opportunities for external partners, Osaic experts, and industry colleagues to share their knowledge.
