Brennan Investment Group Launches Maiden Industrial Opportunity Fund
Brennan Investment Group announced its debut Opportunity Fund with $100 million in purchasing capacity for corporate-owned industrial real estate assets in the top 25 U.S. cities. The fund will acquire properties with deal sizes ranging from $5 million to $25 million.
The first acquisition for Fund I was a 100,000 square foot industrial property in Murfreesboro, TN. The vacant facility was owned by Jagemann Precision Plastics. The property is within Murfreesboro’s industrial district, 32 miles southeast of downtown Nashville.
“We built a platform that has 17 offices in the U.S. and possesses the skills to develop, redevelop and acquire,” said Michael Brennan, co-founder and chairman of Brennan Investment Group. “This fund was launched for the right reasons, at the right time.”
Since 2010, Chicago-based Brennan Investment Group has acquired over $6.5 billion in industrial real estate. The portfolio spans 29 states and encompasses 56.2 million square feet. The company has invested in more than 5,000 properties covering more than 60 cities throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe.
