Cetera Affiliate Announces Two Advisors to Ownership Group
Cetera Financial Group announced that two of its affiliated financial advisors, Jeffrey Anthony and Jason Fial, have joined the ownership group at existing firm Wilde Wealth Management Group.
Wilde Wealth is one of the largest firms in Cetera’s affiliate network. In January, Cetera acquired a minority position in the office of supervisory jurisdiction, allowing it to add advisors to its ownership group.
Anthony joined Wilde Wealth in 2019 and was recently appointed to chief growth officer. He will contribute to “organic and inorganic” growth strategies, such as advisor mentorship, management, and development, and will collaborate with advisors on succession planning programs, according to Cetera.
Anthony’s career began in 2008, when he registered as a broker with Chase Investment Services, according to his BrokerCheck profile. He is also registered with J.P. Morgan Securities. He established JDA Wealth Management in 2016.
Fial entered the industry in 2003, when he registered with Country Capital Management, according to BrokerCheck.
“We view this milestone as a win-win — growing the value of Wilde Wealth Management while significantly enhancing our strategic vision for the good of our clients and continuing to build a chosen destination for top advisors from across the industry,” Trevor Wilde, Wilde Wealth’s co-founder, CEO and managing principal, said.
Based in Scottsdale, AZ, Wilde Wealth manages more than $3.4 billion in assets under administration (AUA) for clients and serves as an OSJ overseeing more than 42 advisors with nine locations across the Southwest. Advisors with Wilde Wealth have been affiliated with Cetera since 2007.
Cetera oversaw more than $505 billion in assets under administration and $213 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2024.
