Socium Partners with Hedgebay for Secondaries

Socium Fund Services has partnered with Hedgebay Securities to offer secondary market liquidity solutions for fund managers.

Socium, a Suntera Global company specializing in private equity and private credit fund administrations, will provide clients access to a controlled, secure environment curated by general partners to allow investors to buy or sell their limited partners’ interests, the firm noted.

“Our commitment lies in empowering clients to navigate the evolving market with flexibility and sustainability. Recognizing the pivotal role liquidity plays in private fund investments, our collaboration with Hedgebay offers a compelling solution, enabling firms to optimize their investment strategies effectively,” said Jason Meklinsky, CRO at Socium Fund Services.

Founded in 1999, Hedgebay Securities helps match “sophisticated” buyers and sellers of hedge fund interests and other illiquid alternative investment assets.
