Savvy Advisors Adds FA Focused on Real Estate

Savvy Advisors Inc., a registered investment advisor affiliated with Savvy Wealth Inc., announced that David Gottlieb, a real estate-focused advisor based in West Orange, NJ, has joined the firm as wealth manager.

Gottlieb is Savvy’s 16th advisor, following the recent additions of Aaron Wiegman, Arynton Hardy, and Dustin Parsons.

Prior to Savvy, Gottlieb built a career on managing portfolios of real estate properties for industrial, office, retail, and multifamily uses, according to Savvy.

“I have long wanted to join a firm with an infrastructure that supports my outside-the-box thinking while enabling me to prioritize helping clients optimize their real estate portfolios,” said Gottlieb.

Gottleib has 20 years of industry experience. Previously at Prosperity, formerly EisnerAmper Wealth Management, he has also worked at Ameriprise Financial, Morgan Stanley and Fortress Investment Group.

“David’s background enhances our capacity to serve clients with complex real estate portfolios while enabling us to pioneer innovative solutions for high-net-worth investors with an interest in illiquid asset classes,” added Ritik Malhotra, co-founder and CEO at Savvy Wealth.
