ACA Group Unveils Wealth Manager Practice

ACA Group, a governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) consultancy firm specializing in the financial services industry, has established ACA Wealth, a practice group dedicated to the needs of wealth management firms.

The practice will help firms who lack the capacity to efficiently manage compliance programs by delivering solutions tailored to their specific difficulties. ACA presently works with approximately 2,000 wealth management firms on compliance, technology, and cybersecurity.

“Our goal is to provide unparalleled expertise and tailored support to help wealth managers meet their regulatory obligations while simultaneously protecting their firms from potential risks,” said Patrick Olson, CEO at ACA Group.

The new services include registration, signature compliance programs, mock regulatory exams, outsourced managed services, cybersecurity risk assessments and monitoring, and regulatory technology.

ACA is the GRC consulting platform of Genstar Capital, which acquired and merged the New York-based company with Foreside in 2021. The firm has more than 1,250 employees across 11 offices in the US, UK, Malta, and India advising financial services clients on compliance, AML and finance crimes, ESG, cybersecurity, Brexit implementation, and distribution.
