ExchangeRight Adds to Strategic Relations Team
ExchangeRight, a provider of real estate DST and REIT investments, has appointed Art Miller to its strategic relations team as senior vice president of the Northeast region.
Miller joins ExchangeRight with more than two decades of experience in real estate, focusing on asset management and financial planning. He will serve advisors, representatives, and their clients in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
“Among an abundance of skilled applicants, Art shined because of his experience in alternative investments and wealth management, and we are excited for his expertise to serve existing and new industry partners in the Northeast,” Geoff Flahardy, president of Strategic Relations, said.
Miller’s hire comes a week after the firm announced the expansion of its strategic relations team with the appointment of Michael Leydig as SVP of the Pacific Northwest region.
Pasadena-based ExchangeRight and its affiliates’ vertically integrated platform manages over $5.8 billion in assets across more than 1,200 properties, and 24 million square feet in 47 states.
The company structures and manages net-leased portfolios of assets backed primarily by investment-grade corporations operating in the necessity-based retail and healthcare industries, as well as portfolios of inline and outparcel retail properties shadow-anchored by grocery tenants.
The firm recently announced it ended 2023 as the third largest sponsor in the securitized 1031 exchange market, citing data provided by Mountain Dell Consulting. Moreover, with more than $360 million of equity in the company’s DST offerings last year, it grew its market share by over 20% year-over-year.
