Inyarek Partners Launches with Focus on Energy Transition
Inyarek Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, has launched with a focus on the energy transition.
The company plans to capitalize on opportunities through both direct investment vehicles and traditional commingled funds. Inyarek’s approach, which seeks equity investments ranging from $50 million to $150 million, focuses on three key energy transition themes: lower-carbon fuels, distributed electricity, and the transition value chain.
The firm is led by energy investment veterans Brett Estwanik, Paul Kaboub and Chris Stoeckle.
“Our team’s deep experience and comprehensive knowledge of the entire energy ecosystem, along with our commitment to deploy strategic capital in strong alignment with the interests of our partners, puts Inyarek in a differentiated position to capitalize on growth opportunities defining the energy transition,” said Kaboub.
The firm made its initial investment in May 2023, an equity commitment to Redtail Renewables, a renewable natural gas platform.
