Bernstein Private Wealth Expands UHNW Platform
Bernstein Private Wealth Management, an arm of AllianceBernstein, announced the development of its ultra-high-net-worth platform to assist clients in creating “a multigenerational legacy.”
The firm will offer bespoke solutions geared to the demands of UHNW clients, such as family offices and global families. The plan includes a new UHNW team, top executive appointments, and an “expanded focus” on family governance studies.
“Clients today are increasingly looking for a unified wealth plan centered around legacy with the understanding that complexity is not always financial. That’s why our evolved UHNW Platform offers a more holistic approach to not only manage wealth but the anxieties that come with that wealth,” noted Onur Erzan, head of global client group and private wealth at AllianceBernstein.
The platform will be led by Aaron Bates, Bernstein VP and head of UHNW and growth strategies, along with three appointed executives, including Amanda Bohr, director of strategic partnerships, Jeremy Lan, director of credit, and Emily Neubert, national director of UHNW services.
Additionally, Bernstein’s over 230 advisors will have a title change to wealth advisors from financial advisors as part of “the firm’s evolution.”
Bernstein’s UHNW Platform serves over 1,290 individuals and families with an average client tenure of 12 years and nearly $38 billion in total assets.
