Nectar Launches New Website for Real Estate Investors

Nectar, a working capital marketplace, is introducing a new website. Nectar provides liquidity to real estate owners and operators through mezzanine financing, while accredited investors can earn predictable returns on low-leverage, cash-flowing real estate.

The website offers Business Model Flexibility, a cash-flow-based financing solution for asset classes such as multi-family, short-term rental, and self-storage facilities, among others.

This launch follows a strong year for the Atlanta-based company. In 2023, Nectar saw 107% annual growth in deals funded and 157% growth in capital deployed.

“We are thrilled to share that this past year funding requests grew, and so did the amount of funding we were able to provide,” said CEO and co-founder Derrick Barker. “We look forward to supporting more clients through our new website as they grow their portfolios in 2024.”

Last year, Nectar also launched its Nectar Affiliate Program, which provides financing options for debt brokers, loan officers, and franchisors, among others.

Co-founded in 2021 by Barker and Brittany Mosely, Nectar provides investors access to the up-front capital they need by converting future cash flow on stabilized assets into a lump sum cash advance.
