Summit Financial Adds $300M All-Woman Advisory Firm
Summit Financial Holdings, a Parsippany, NJ-based registered investment advisory firm, announced that Oracle Private Wealth Advisors, a $300 million all-woman multi-family office in Lutherville, MD, has joined its equity partnership channel, Summit Growth Partners (SGP).
Formerly known as Oracle Capital Strategies, Oracle represents the eighth firm in 2023 to join SGP, a partnership that combines a mix of cash, equity and partnership privileges.
Oracle’s team includes Audrey Drossner, founding member; Meg Anderson, director, private client advisory; Julia Vaughn, director, wealth planning; Diana Cooper, client Manager; and Karen Sanchez, client service manager.
The firm serves high-net-worth executives, entrepreneurs, private foundations, and multi-generational families through advanced investment strategies, wealth transfer and estate planning, charitable gifting techniques, and tax management.
“By adding Summit’s premier set of resources to our practice, we are better equipped to grow and protect our clients’ wealth,” said Drossner, founding member of Oracle Private Wealth.
Summit allows independent and breakaway advisors to link with the business through partnership opportunities. Summit provides firms with access to its technology, financial planning, investment management, insurance, and operational assistance.
Advisors joining Summit’s RIA maintain full ownership of their businesses, and advisors who qualify can become partners in SGP.
