  • Damola Adamolekuna was appointed an operating partner by Garnett Station Partners LLC, a New York-based private equity firm that manages over $2.2 billion of assets. Adamolekun brings over a decade of investment and corporate leadership experience, specifically in the food and beverage sectors. Adamolekun was most recently CEO of P.F. Chang’s from 2019-2023. 
  • Neil Wolitzer was added as a senior managing director in the real estate investment banking group by Evercore. Previously, Wolitzer was a partner and MD in the real estate investment banking group at Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, Wolitzer was an investment banker at Bear Stearns and previously practiced corporate law in New York. 
  • Bonsoo Koo was appointed head of business development for Korea by Arcmont Asset Management and Churchill Asset Management, the European and U.S. asset management companies of Nuveen Private Capital. Koo will focus on offering Arcmont’s and Churchill’s private credit and equity services and further deepening relationships with Korean investors. 
  • Emmy Bernard was named chief revenue officer by STP Investment Services, a provider of technology-enabled investment services. Bernard is a member of the executive committee. As partner and global head of marketing at ACA Group, she oversaw lead generation and product marketing strategies. As head of client development at Foreside Financial Group (merged with ACA Group in May 2022), Bernard led the firm’s commercial team across sales, marketing and relationship management. 
  • Kirk Harrell was promoted to chief talent officer from SVP, talent, by Capstreet, a Houston-based lower middle market private equity firm. Harrell joined from Focus Search Partners, where he was a MD responsible for leading senior executive assignments for clients ranging from early-stage startups and private equity-backed companies to publicly traded global organizations. Before that, he was a managing director at Taylor Winfield, which was acquired by Focus Search Partners. 
  • Trinity Hunt Partners has formed Springline Advisory, a business advisory platform focused on transforming the middle market accounting industry. Springline was initially formed through a partnership with MarksNelson, an accounting and advisory firm headquartered in Kansas City. Leading Springline is CEO Tim Brackney, who joins from Resources Global Professionals where he was most recently president and COO. 
  • MidOcean Partners, an alternative asset manager focused on mid-market private equity and alternative credit investments, has made an investment in the Re-Sourcing Group, a firm providing staffing, consulting and direct hire services that focus on finance and accounting, legal & compliance and IT. The company operates under several brands, including Compliance Risk Concepts, Conexus, JW Michaels and ExecuSource, among others. The company was previously backed by McNally Capital. 
  • Terra Natural Capital has launched an environmental commodities investment company backed by Pala Investments and Bain Capital Partnership Strategies. Terra delivers financing services for carbon removal and reduction projects and provides public and private organizations with access to carbon credits at scale. 
  • TPG Growth has agreed to make up to a $228 million majority investment in Sayari, a counterparty and supply chain intelligence provider serving government agencies, multinational corporations and financial institutions. Sayari’s platform serves users across global regulators, law enforcement and national security agencies, as well as over 100 of the world’s largest public and private companies. 
  • EQT and KKR are among private equity firms interested in acquiring a software business being sold by Broadcom Inc. after its takeover of VMware Inc., Bloomberg News reported. Thoma Bravo has also been studying a possible bid for the end-user computing unit. The business could be valued at roughly $5 billion including debt. Broadcom inherited the end-user computing unit as part of its $61 billion acquisition of software maker VMware in 2023. 
  • MAI Capital Management LLC, a RIA focused on investment and financial planning for high-net-worth individuals and families, has acquired Traverso Chambers Private Wealth Management. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Traverso Chambers is an RIA that works with high-net-worth individuals, families, foundations and business owners. With over $549M in client assets, the firm offers services spanning investment management, insurance, retirement, financial planning and business succession planning. 
  • Eagle Venture Fund led an undisclosed amount in Series A funding for BankingON, an Austin, TX-based provider of digital banking solutions. The company intends to use the funds to launch Boucoup, a family finance mobile banking and interactive learning platform for credit unions. The startup is led by CEO Alexey Krasnoriadtsev
  • Aspen Power, a provider of a distributed generation platform, has completed three financings totaling $241M with J.P. Morgan, Lombard Odier, and Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. The expanded credit facilities were with J.P. Morgan and Lombard Odier, while a new $124M construction-to-term facility was provided by Mitsubishi. The construction-to-term facility will directly support the construction of new solar assets across multiple states and revenue structures. Aspen Power is led by Jorge Vargas, CEO. 
  • Obvious Ventures and Prelude Ventures co-led a $34 million Series B financing round for Lightship, a San Francisco, CA-based all-electric RV company. Allegis Capital and global RV manufacturer THOR Industries and its investment partner TechNexus Venture Collaborative joined the round, along with returning investors Congruent Ventures, HyperGuap and Alumni Ventures. Led by CEO Toby Kraus, Lightship designs and produces aerodynamic, battery-powered trailers. 
  • Quantinuum, an integrated quantum computing company, closed a $300M equity funding at a pre-money valuation of $5B. The round was anchored by Quantinuum’s JPMorgan Chase, with additional participation from Mitsui & Co., Amgen and Honeywell, which remained the company’s majority shareholder. The total capital raised is approximately $625M and represents Quantinuum’s first equity funding round since Cambridge Quantum Computing and Honeywell Quantum Solutions merged in November 2021.
