
Denholtz Properties Launches Rescue Capital Fund
Denholtz Properties, a real estate development and investment company, has launched Denholtz Opportunity Fund II, which offers capital structure services through preferred equity and/or mezzanine debt, providing proceeds of $5 million and $25 million per project throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida and the Southeast.
The specialized fund is designed to support commercial real estate owners navigating temporary capital challenges including operating deficits, refinancing obstacles, unmet sale projections, cost overruns and leasing below initial estimates.
