Mercer Advisors Lands $60M Local RIA
Mercer Advisors, a national registered investment advisor (RIA) backed by Oak Hill Capital and Genstar Capital, has purchased Singh Advisory LLC, a wealth management firm in Denver, CO.
Singh Advisory was founded by Parshad K. Singh in 2018 and currently has assets under management of approximately $60 million. The firm provides wealth management services with a focus on financial planning.
“Singh Advisory is a perfect fit for Mercer Advisors, and Parshad and his staff are great additions to our team. This acquisition illustrates the enormous value that Mercer Advisors can provide advisor teams looking to “join vs. build” an RIA firm on their own,” said Dave Welling, Chief Executive Officer of Mercer Advisors.
The latest acquisition for Denver, CO-based Mercer Advisors continues a string of purchases over the past four months. In October, the RIA acquired Kingfisher Capital, LLC, a $630 million firm based in Charlotte, NC.
In August, the firm acquired Steward Wealth Management, a $680 million financial planning, investments, tax, and estate planning firm in Colleyville, TX. Earlier that month, it bought Private Asset Management, a $720 million wealth manager in San Diego.
In July, it purchased Newark, DE-based Mallard Financial Partners, Inc., which manages approximately $180 million in assets.
Mercer manages $52 billion in assets across more than 70 locations throughout the U.S.
