Willow Wealth Opens Direct Evergreen Fund Access from Carlyle, Goldman Sachs, and StepStone

Private markets investing platform Willow Wealth, formerly known as Yieldstreet, has launched direct access to a curated suite of private market evergreen funds managed by Carlyle, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and StepStone, with investment minimums starting at $10,000 for accredited investors. The three interval and tender-offer style funds are designed to give investors immediate exposure to fully deployed portfolios across private credit, private equity, and real estate while offering periodic liquidity features uncommon in traditional closed-end private funds.

Investors on Willow’s platform can now allocate to the Carlyle Tactical Private Credit Fund, StepStone Private Markets, and the Goldman Sachs Real Estate Diversified Income Fund, with additional evergreen offerings expected in the coming months. Together, these funds represent more than $11.7 billion in assets under management as of September 30, 2025, and are intended to serve as core building blocks within diversified portfolios rather than niche satellite holdings.

“Today’s announcement represents our vision for the next generation of private markets investing — one where investors can build complete portfolios combining always-on core exposure through evergreen funds with targeted, differentiated individual opportunities,” said Mitchell Caplan, CEO of Willow Wealth and former CEO of E*TRADE. By packaging institutional-grade strategies into lower-minimum, semi-liquid vehicles, Willow aims to broaden access to private markets for a wider range of high-net-worth and mass-affluent investors.
