
Pinterest Names Former Wayfair Exec Julia Brau Donnelly CFO
Image and idea-sharing platform Pinterest Inc. has named Wayfair executive Julia Brau Donnelly chief financial officer, effective June 20, replacing Todd Morgenfeld who will depart on July 1.
Donnelly will lead the accounting, finance, internal audit, investor relations and workplace teams as well as the company’s planning processes and report to CEO Bill Ready.
During her more than seven-year tenure at Wayfair, she held several finance positions, most recently as vice president and global head of finance and accounting. Prior to Wayfair, she was a private equity investor in technology and media companies at Thomas H. Lee Partners in Boston.

San Francisco-based Pinterest launched in 2010 and has more than 460 million monthly active users worldwide with a market cap of $16.6 billion.
